• This Offer is applicable only for all new cars of the Lexus ES300h (BH) model 2023 which are imported through the authorized LEXUS distributor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Abdul Latif Jameel Motors) Which sold from April 1 2024 until April 30 2024.
• This Offer covered Maintenance of 1,000 km, 5,000 km, 10,000 km, 20,000 km, 30,000 km, 40,000 km, 50,000 km, Service or 2 years (whichever comes first) is a part of your purchased vehicle with no additional cost on you, which will be performed as per the Owner’s Manual at applicable Service Centers.
• Any additional job will have to be paid by customer.
• Customers are not entitled to claim labor, Spare Parts, Oil & Top up fluids value or exchange it with any other services provided by the company.
• Customer cannot claim for any missed service if the actual Kilometer reading exceeds 2,500 KM.
• This Offer is not transferable from one vehicle to another.
• this Offer is valid for a vehicle even if the owner is changed.
• If customer misses any service, the next service will be carried out which is closest to odometer reading.
• Recommendations contained in the warranty booklet must be complied with in general, in order to maintain the warranty of the vehicle
• This document does not entail any responsibilities, obligations, rights, or claims conflicting to what is stated and according to the company’s intentions.
• ALJ Motors reserves the right to terminate the campaign at any point of time without prior notice

2. What are the Services included in this Offer ?

3. For any missed Service, can customer get a refund?
No, missed services cannot be refunded.
